About the Role
Supporting and leading a team of cleaners at a range of prestigious customer sites nationally, predominantly in the southern region.
Your main aim will be to supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, undertaking routine QA. inspections of the sites, training and ensuring staff are working productively and safely. Flexible in approach and able to network solutions within soft FM.
Requirements
Your main aim will be to supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, undertaking routine inspections of the sites and ensuring staff are working productively and safely.
Work with clients to address any specific requirements or concerns.
Organise rotas and complete wage and other paperwork
Manage equipment, consumables, materials, and stock levels.
Carry out general cleaning duties.
Control costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget.
Supervise quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained.
Conduct team briefings and toolbox talks to cascade information to staff.
Ensure staff present a professional image.
Your qualities To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Full driving licence
Strong people skills
Attention to detail and high standards of work.
Good relationship building skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
A Good understanding of Health and Safety regulations
Continuous improvements to processes reporting and QA.
